Ludamora is a Shopify-powered online store specializing in handcrafted, personalized ceramic pet memorials.

3. Our Products

Ludamora creates handcrafted ceramic pet memorials.

Every piece is:

  • Individually handmade
  • Hand-painted
  • Made to order
  • Customized from customer-provided photographs

Because every memorial is handcrafted, slight differences in:

  • Color
  • Brushwork
  • Glaze
  • Texture
  • Shape

are normal and reflect the unique nature of handmade ceramics.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

4. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate reference photographs.

Production begins after:

  • Payment is completed.
  • Suitable reference photos are received.

Upon completion of sculpting and hand-painting, preview images will be provided for approval prior to kiln firing.

One complimentary round of reasonable detail adjustments, consistent with the original customization request, may be requested during the review stage.

Once kiln firing has begun, no further changes to the customization can be made.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

Ludamora reserves the right to:

  • Refuse an order
  • Cancel an order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

Ludamora does not store your complete payment card information.

7. Shipping

Ludamora currently ships only within the United States.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

8. Refunds & Returns

Because every memorial is made exclusively for one customer, all products are personalized.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product photographs
  • Artwork
  • Product descriptions
  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Text

belongs to Ludamora unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Customer Content

By uploading photographs of your pet, you confirm that:

  • You own the photographs or have permission to use them.
  • The content does not infringe the rights of others.

You grant Ludamora a limited license to use these photographs solely for producing your customized memorial and providing customer support.

Unless you provide explicit permission, we will never use your pet's photographs for advertising or promotional purposes.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our website.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Copy or scrape website content.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Interfere with website operations.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of access to our services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Certain services, including payment processing and shipping, are provided by trusted third-party providers.

Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

Handcrafted ceramic memorials are artistic products.

Although we make every effort to accurately represent our products, colors and appearance may vary due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting
  • Handcrafted production

We do not guarantee that every piece will be identical to photographs displayed on our website.
