How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Each memorial design has its own capacity, so the right size depends on both the style you choose and your pet. Check the capacity listed on the product page, or simply tell us your pet’s type and weight in the chat, we’ll be happy to help you choose.

What photos should I provide?

Clear photos from several angles are best, especially those showing the face, ears, markings, body shape, and the expressions you remember most. If you’re unsure whether your photos are suitable, send us a message in the chat and we can take a look before you order.

Will I see my memorial before it is finished?

Yes. Once your memorial has been shaped and hand-painted, we’ll send you detailed photos for approval before it is kiln-fired. One complimentary detail adjustment is included at this stage.

How long does customization take?

Most U.S. customers receive their memorial in approximately 3–4 weeks after we receive suitable reference photos. Because every piece is individually handcrafted and kiln-fired, approval changes or unexpected kiln-related issues may occasionally extend the timeline.

Will my memorial look exactly like my pet?

Every memorial is individually sculpted and hand-painted from your photographs. Our artists focus on the markings, expression, and familiar character that make your companion recognizable, rather than creating an exact photographic replica. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade ceramic process.
