Crafted to Order
Every Ludamora ceramic pet memorial is individually handcrafted for one family.
Unlike mass-produced products, each urn is sculpted, hand-painted, and kiln-fired by our ceramic artists using the photos you provide. Every memorial is created exclusively to celebrate the life and memory of your beloved companion.
Production begins only after we receive both your order and your pet's reference photos.

Estimated total time: approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to delivery.
Each custom memorial is made to order. Preview photos will be emailed before the final high-temperature firing, and one complimentary refinement is included.
This timeline assumes that all required reference photos and customization details are submitted promptly. Delayed customer approval, additional revision requests, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or public holidays may extend the estimated delivery date.
Design Approval
Upon completion of sculpting and hand-painting, preview photographs will be sent to the email address associated with the order for approval prior to kiln firing.
You may request reasonable adjustments that are consistent with your original customization request.
To help keep production on schedule, please review your preview within 3 calendar days.
If we do not receive a response after reminder emails have been sent, production will continue using the latest approved version to avoid unnecessary delays.
Once the memorial has entered kiln firing or has been shipped, appearance-related modifications can no longer be made.
Shipping Within the United States
After production is complete, your memorial will undergo a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and handed over to our shipping partner.
Estimated transit time: 6–12 business days
Most U.S. customers receive their memorial approximately 3–4 weeks after suitable reference photos have been received.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on revision requests, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and carrier performance.
Shipping Costs
Complimentary standard shipping is included with all U.S. orders.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
No additional import duties apply to standard U.S. deliveries.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number has been generated.
International Shipping
Standard shipping service of Ludamora is currently available only within the United States. If shipping to other countries or regions becomes available on our checkout page in the future, all accessible shipping options, estimated delivery times, taxes, and other relevant charges will be displayed for your review prior to payment.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
If your shipment is delayed, our customer care team will gladly assist in communicating with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Damaged During Shipping
Every Ludamora memorial is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the damaged memorial
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the protective packaging
- Your order number
Once verified, we will remake and resend your memorial at no additional cost.
